It is an aluminium-magnesium alloy filler metal containing approximately 5% magnesium. Suitable for welding 5xxx series aluminium alloys such as 5052, 5083, 5086 and 5454. It can also be applied to weld joints between 5xxx and 6xxx series aluminium including 6061 and 6063.
